Our company deals with designing, construction and management of residential real estate. So far we have built affordable modern homes for more than 230 people in Tanzania. 

 

We specialise in affordable home units for the 95% of the population in Tanzania who can afford monthly rent of less than 200,000TZS (Equivalent to USD85). 

 

We are currently building in Dar-es-salaam in developing suburb areas like Magomeni, Buguruni, Tandika, Temeke etc.

We are able to provide quality accommodation to such people by making an effort to cut down costs as much as possible. We can do that through using innovative methods & softwares to optimize material usage.

Such an accommodation can be easily turned to a guest house or other business with higher return. We choose to rent out as housing units instead so that we can improve lifestyle of people living in these areas.

Most accommodations in these areas are of poor quality with bad aesthetics, water leakage, no reliable water supply, electric problems & sewage issues. All our living units are well designed, we make sure the roofing is of high quality and well maintained so there is no leakage. We use high quality electric equipment to prevent electric problems.

We try to keep great emphasize on security. Most shelters in this location at the price we offer have no good security. Many thieves are able to steel through the windows using stick or even hands sometimes. In those houses even the common areas for drying clothes for example or washing dishes are open such that an outsider can enter and go away with the belongings.We make sure the windows have a well built steel structure and aluminium or wood window. Also the common areas are protected by fence and we keep a gate so no outsider can enter without permission.

We make sure our homes look good. Of course given these are affordable housing unit we can’t keep expensive luxury items. However we do not fail to surprise our clients by keeping elements of design. For instance we keep patterns in our tiling or direct & indirect lighting, or alternate color lighting and so on. We believe everyone deserves to live in a well designed home irregardless of his or her Income.
